On Saturday, May 27, 2023, the Daily Board of the Association of Business Administration Students (PH-HUMANIS) conducted the study visit program in 2023, which is one of the external department’s work programs. This activity was carried out with the Student Association of the Accounting Study Program at Duta Wacana Christian University (HMPSA UKDW) and took place in the Rudi Budiman Room on the UKDW campus. The purpose of organizing this study visit activity was to exchange knowledge regarding the associations implemented by conducting a sharing session with other Department Student Associations (HMJ), with the aim of upgrading the knowledge of the PH-HUMANIS community regarding associations.
The theme of the 2023 Study Visit is “A Little Becomes a Lot: Learning and Sharing Experiences to Build a Network and Improve Organization Performance.” Based on this theme, the study visit program includes three agendas. Firstly, there will be presentations from each Department Student Association (HMJ), which will be delivered by the department heads and their respective staff members. Secondly, there will be a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) held after each department’s presentation, focusing on discussing the work programs of each HMJ. Finally, there will be games and the program will conclude with the presentation of plaques by each HMJ, followed by a group photo.
After the completion of the 2023 Study Visit, it is expected that each HMJ will be able to effectively implement the planned and scheduled work programs. This activity aims to facilitate the development of work programs for each HMJ, contributing to the smooth functioning of the Student Association.
