Digital Business Student Association

KSM Digital Business was established on January 17, 2023, by a group of students to seize business opportunities in the current digital economy era. The Digital Business Student Study Group is committed to the development of knowledge, particularly in the field of digital business studies, while serving as a platform to enhance the abilities and qualities of Business Administration students with a focus on the principles of family. KSM Digital Business is based on Digitalization, Management, Self-Sustaining, Collaboration, Entrepreneurship, PROFESSIONALITY, and Learn by Experience.

Human Resources Development Division

Empowering and developing human resources within the organization (Management and Members), building and strengthening relationships among individuals to support synergy, and creating a space for harmony within the organization.

Division’s Work Programs

Upgrading: A training activity aimed at enhancing the quality of human resources by improving knowledge, organizational insights, and digital 5.0. This activity is also useful for fostering the spirit of management within one term based on togetherness.

Research and Development Division

Providing a platform and facilitating activities related to reasoning, research, and development, and being responsible for academic and educational activities within the scope of KSM Digital Business.

Division’s Work Programs

SBB (Learning Together): An activity aimed at developing all elements involved in business development and entrepreneurship, packaged in a discussion format with an appropriate facilitator.

Digital Creativity and Innovation Division

Designing, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating the implementation of creative ideas and digital innovations to provide a creative space for KSM Digital Business internally.

Division’s Work Programs

Digital Workshop: Digitizing Business Administration student SMEs by providing experience and knowledge about brand digitalization and brand development in the digital realm.

Divisi Competition Research  

Initiating, facilitating, and developing strategies to enhance the achievements of KSM Digital Business internally through participation in competitions at regional, national, and international levels.

Division’s Work Programs

“Digital Business Case Competition,” a competition aimed at solving business case problems related to digital business. The goal is to develop and motivate student competition interests and to present their ideas about issues in the digital business field.

Partnership Division

Connecting stakeholders internally and externally to KSM Digital Business, conducting socialization, establishing partnerships with other external parties, and coordinating and preparing contract administration.

Division’s Work Programs

“Partner Search,” which involves finding and creating a database of institutions and individuals relevant to support the existing work programs of KSM Digital Business, as well as expanding networking opportunities for management and members.

Social Media Management Division

Designing, creating, and managing the social media presence of KSM Digital Business, increasing brand awareness among the public through online media, and providing a learning space for internal members to learn about social media for business and personal purposes.

Division’s Work Programs

“Editor Training Class” with a focus on enhancing the skills of business practitioners, including KSM members, Business Administration students from UPNYK, and SMEs, in creating and designing advertising visualizations in the digital business field.
