From Friday to Sunday (24th-26th of November 2023), the Daily Board of the Business Administration Student Association (PH-HUMANIS) conducted a program under the Cadre Development Division known as the Leadership Training. This three-day, two-night event took place at Kepurun Camping Ground, Dusun 3, Kepurun, Manisrenggo District, Klaten Regency, Central Java.
The 2023 Leadership Training adopted the theme “Shaping High-Integrity Leaders with Personal Value Development.” The objective behind organizing this Leadership Training was to nurture leadership values with an intellectual emphasis and societal knowledge, encouraging active participation in every change reflecting the roles and functions of students. It also aimed to foster a sense of togetherness and a familial atmosphere within the Business Administration Department’s community.
The Leadership Training event attended by the new students of 2023 progressed smoothly after going through several activity sessions. Various activities were conducted, including informative sessions, group discussion forums, outbound activities, and an introduction to the Organizational Culture (OK). The aspiration following the completion of this program is for the participants of the 2023 Cadre Development Training, the new students of 2023, to become exemplary figures capable of meeting the challenges of the times. They are expected to possess the soft and hard skills currently in demand.
