This activity took place in Dusun Mantup, Baturetno, Banguntapan, Bantul, with the aim of increasing awareness and concern for the surrounding community, implementing the Three Pillars of Higher Education, and providing opportunities for students to develop both soft skills and hard skills.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ab.upnyk.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/PLK.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1099\" width=\"440\" height=\"294\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ab.upnyk.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/PLK.jpg 683w, https:\/\/ab.upnyk.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/PLK-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 440px) 100vw, 440px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>During the PLK, PH-Humanis members engaged in various activities to contribute to the local community. These activities may include providing educational support, conducting workshops or training sessions, participating in community development projects, or offering assistance based on the specific needs and priorities identified in the area. The PLK serves as an opportunity for students to apply their knowledge and skills gained through their academic studies in a real-world context. It also promotes social responsibility, empathy, and teamwork among the participants. By actively engaging in the PLK, the members of PH-Humanis aim to make a positive impact and foster meaningful connections with the community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Off-Campus Community Service (PLK) 2023 carries the theme &#8220;Safe Nutrition, Happy Healthy Children&#8221; and is specifically targeted towards mothers in Dusun Mantup. This service includes two agendas. Firstly, there will be a nutrition seminar attended by the mothers, with Dr. Noviani, Sp.Gk, a nutrition expert from Bethesda Hospital, as the speaker. Secondly, there will be a Fun Learning session organized for the children, featuring various games played together with the volunteers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Following the completion of the Off-Campus Community Service (PLK) 2023, it is expected that the mothers who have directly engaged in dialogue with the nutrition expert will continue to apply healthy nutrition practices for the growth and development of their children.
