Visiting Lecture Program in Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin (UniSZA) Malaysia<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

On the 21st of November 2023, Tuesday, the Faculty of Business Administration (FPP) UniSZA welcomed a delegation from UPN Veteran Yogyakarta for a Visiting Lecture Program. The day’s agenda was meticulously crafted to maximize engagement and knowledge exchange between the visiting delegates and the academic community at FPP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The day commenced at 9:45 am with the arrival of the UPN Veteran Yogyakarta delegation. Among the distinguished delegates were Dr. Meilan Sugiarto, Dr., S.SoS., MSi, an Associate Professor, and Dr. Adi Soeprapto, S.Sos, M.Si. They were warmly received by the Senior Management Members of FPP, marking the beginning of a day filled with insightful discussions and intellectual exchanges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The first session of the day, scheduled from 9:45 am to 11:00 am, took place in AC 20. Dr. Maslina Mansor, a seasoned academician from FPP, led a lecture session engaging students from BBA IF3A & 5A. The topic of discussion revolved around “Leadership and Trust,” a fundamental aspect of business administration. Dr. Maslina Mansor’s expertise and interactive teaching style ensured an engaging and enlightening learning experience for the students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following the lecture session, there was a designated time slot for consultation with Postgraduate Students in the Visitor Professor Room. This allowed for a more personalized interaction between the visiting delegates and the students, fostering mentorship opportunities and academic guidance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After a brief intermission for lunch, the program resumed at 1:00 pm with another lecture session, this time in the Smart Classroom. Dr. Sheikh Ahmad Faiz, an esteemed faculty member of FPP, took charge of guiding BBA IF 3B students through a discourse on “Leadership and Trust.” The dynamic teaching approach employed by Dr. Sheikh Ahmad Faiz ensured active participation and critical thinking among the students, enhancing their understanding of the subject matter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Similar to the morning session, the afternoon session also included a consultation period with Postgraduate Students in the Visitor Professor Room. This allowed for further discussion on the lecture topics and provided students with valuable insights from experienced academics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The day concluded at 4:30 pm, marking the end of an enriching academic exchange between UPN Veteran Yogyakarta delegates and the FPP community. The Visiting Lecture Program not only provided students with valuable insights into leadership and trust but also facilitated meaningful interactions between academia and industry experts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The momentum of knowledge exchange continued on the following day, the 22nd of November 2023, Wednesday. From 9:00 am to 11:00 am, a “Casual Talk” session was organized with FPP Management Lecturers. Dr. Nurul Aisyah Awanis and Dr. Siti Nor Adawiyah Azzahra moderated a discussion on “Building Dynamic Organizational Culture and Conflict Management: Understanding, Preventing, and Resolving Issues Within Organizations.” This session further enriched the academic discourse and strengthened the collaborative ties between UPN Veteran Yogyakarta and FPP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In summary, the Visiting Lecture Program served as a platform for knowledge dissemination, academic collaboration, and professional networking. It underscored the commitment of both institutions to academic excellence and student development, paving the way for future collaborations and intellectual endeavors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
