The Association of Students from the Department of Business Administration at the Universitas Pembangunan Nasional &#8220;Veteran&#8221; Yogyakarta has the goal of accommodating all elements of Business Administration students towards a responsible and democratic campus life. As a student organization that is aware of rights, obligations, and positions to preserve the spirit of discipline, popular struggle, and creativity, as well as a platform for self-development, the students of the Department of Business Administration at the Universitas Pembangunan Nasional &#8220;Veteran&#8221; Yogyakarta are determined to unite themselves within the Association of Students from the Department of Business Administration at the Universitas Pembangunan Nasional &#8220;Veteran&#8221; Yogyakarta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">VISION<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">The realization of a forum for aspirations and the development of students from the Department of Business Administration, based on diversity, mutual cooperation, and the principle of togetherness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">MISSION<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To accommodate and advocate for the aspirations of students from the Department of Business Administration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To develop students&#8217; mindset in reasoning, knowledge, interests, talents, creativity, and leadership, as well as organizational patterns of action.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>As a bargaining position for students at the Department of Business Administration, faculty level, university level, and within the community.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>As a bargaining position for students at the Department of Business Administration, faculty level, university level, and within the community.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To maintain harmonization within the Business Administration student community based on the principle of togetherness through the slogan &#8220;We Are Family.&#8221;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">The structural elements of HUMANIS at the National Development University &#8220;Veteran&#8221; Yogyakarta consist of:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Organization Advisory Council (DPO)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The Organization Advisory Council (DPO) of the Association of Students from the Department of Business Administration (HUMANIS) consists of former members of HUMANIS who are still registered as active students and possess expertise in organizational development. The Chairperson of DPO HUMANIS is elected by students in the highest forum of HUMANIS, which is the General Assembly. As the highest organ in the HUMANIS structure, DPO has the role of overseeing and coordinating with the HUMANIS Central Board and the two HUMANIS Standing Committees (KSM).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Daily Board of HUMANIS<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The daily board of HUMANIS at the National Development University &#8220;Veteran&#8221; Yogyakarta consists of active students who are given the authority to carry out executive functions at the Department of Business Administration. The Chairperson is elected by students through the General Student Election (PEMURA). They serve as the implementers of the HUMANIS Constitution under the PH-HUMANIS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">The executives of the Student Study Groups of HUMANIS consist of the Investment Student Study Group, Marketing Student Study Group, and Digital Business Student Study Group.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Student Study Groups are platforms for all students from the Department of Business Administration to channel their interests and talents. These groups consist of the Investment Student Study Group and the Marketing Student Study Group. They function as managers of students&#8217; interests and talents in the fields of investment, marketing, basic scientific research, and the development of business ideas, particularly in the areas of investment, marketing, and digital business practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Members of HUMANIS (all active students from the Department of Business Administration)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Members of HUMANIS are all active students from the Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Social Sciences and Political Sciences, National Development University &#8220;Veteran&#8221; Yogyakarta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PH-HUMANIS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Executive Board of the Association of Students from the Department of Business Administration is authorized to manage the organization based on the areas of work determined by the Chairman of the Executive Board of HUMANIS. The Chairperson and Vice Chairperson of the Executive Board (PH-HUMANIS) are elected by students through the General Student Election (PEMURA). The PH-HUMANIS management is divided into 7 areas of work, namely Advocacy, Education, External Affairs, Internal Affairs, Cadre Development, Entrepreneurship, Media Communication and Information, and Interests and Talents. Coordinate with Secretary I, Secretary II, Treasurer I, Treasurer II, and Heads of Departments; Consolidate with other student organizations and Student Advisors; Present Evaluation Reports during the General Assembly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vice Chairperson : <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To assist the Chairperson in formulating organizational policies and strategies; To assist the Chairperson in implementing the affairs of PH-HUMANIS in all areas of work; Supervision over the implementation of tasks in the respective areas of work; Presentation of evaluation reports, suggestions, and considerations regarding the tasks and functions of the Chairperson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Secretary I dan II : <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To assist the Chairperson and Vice Chairperson in managing the administration and inventory of PH-HUMANIS; To serve as strategists and decision-makers of the organization alongside the Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, Treasurer I, and Treasurer II; Monitoring and evaluation, as well as providing analysis, of the implementation of organizational programs and activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Treasurer I dan II : <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To assist the Chairperson and Vice Chairperson in managing the finances of PH-HUMANIS; Managing financial resources and allocating funds for PH-HUMANIS; Monitoring, evaluating, and providing analysis of the implementation of organizational programs and activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Advocacy development : <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To assist the Chairperson and Vice Chairperson in implementing advocacy activities, both internally and externally, for HUMANIS; To serve as speakers and liaisons between the daily board of HUMANIS and other organizations, as well as the community and bureaucracy; Oversight of task implementation; Presentation of evaluation reports, suggestions, and considerations regarding their tasks and functions to the Chairperson and Vice Chairperson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Education Development : <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To assist the Chairperson and Vice Chairperson in implementing activities in the field of academic and technological knowledge development; Disseminating knowledge and technology to students, particularly to the general public; Oversight and implementation of educational tasks; Presentation of reports, results, evaluations, suggestions, and considerations regarding their tasks and functions to the Chairperson and Vice Chairperson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cadre Development : <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To assist the Chairperson and Vice Chairperson in implementing activities in the area of nurturing HUMANIS cadres; Oversight of the implementation of cadre development tasks; Presentation of reports, results, evaluations, suggestions, and considerations regarding their tasks and functions to the Chairperson and Vice Chairperson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Media Communication Development : <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To assist the Chairperson and Vice Chairperson in implementing communication and information activities, both internally and externally for HUMANIS; Oversight of task implementation; Presentation of evaluation reports, suggestions, and considerations regarding their tasks and functions to the Chairperson and Vice Chairperson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Interests and Talents Development : <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To assist in the implementation of activities related to interests and talents, both internally and externally; Oversight of the activities aligned with interests and talents; Presenting evaluation results, suggestions, and considerations regarding tasks and functions in this area to the Chairperson and Vice Chairperson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Human Resource Department : <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To assist the Chairperson and Vice Chairperson in implementing cadre development activities within the internal structure of PH-HUMANIS, Implementing various analyses regarding the human resource needs of the internal PH-HUMANIS, Presentation of evaluation reports, suggestions, and considerations regarding their tasks and functions to the Chairperson and Vice Chairperson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>External Department : <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To assist the Chairperson and Vice Chairperson of PH HUMANIS in all matters related to the relationship between PH HUMANIS and external parties to maintain good relations; Responsible for overseeing and implementing external activities; Presentation of evaluation results, suggestions, and considerations within the tasks and functions of the external department to the Vice Chairperson of PH HUMANIS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Internal  Department : <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To assist the Vice Chairperson in activities related to internal harmonization of PH-HUMANIS;
