On Monday, (20/11/2023), PH-HUMANIS held an event called Business Administration Working Preparation (ABWP) with the theme “Continue Master’s Degree or Work First?” conducted online via Instagram Live @humanis_upnvyk. ABWP is a work program under the education sector of the Administrative Business Student Association (PH-HUMANIS) for the 2023 term, aimed at all students of Business Administration at UPN “Veteran” Yogyakarta. Its purpose is to serve as a discussion forum enriching participants’ knowledge and insights to plan future steps among university students.
The ABWP took place from 19:00 to 20:13. The theme “Continue Master’s Degree or Work First?” was chosen due to the common dilemma among students regarding whether to pursue a master’s degree immediately after completing their bachelor’s studies or to enter the workforce. The event started with an opening, introductions by the MC and speakers, an introduction to ABWP, background explanations from the speakers, Q&A session, Doorprize segment, and concluded with closing remarks. During the Doorprize segment, ABWP selected 2 winners and presented gifts to both of them.
